1. What is Kippotopia all about? Kippotopia is your go-to spot for adding a personal touch to special moments. We specialise in crafting personalised kippot that celebrate your unique style and the essence of your event, be it weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, or any joyful gathering.

2. How can I customise my kippot? We've got customisation covered! Choose from a variety of designs, colours, and patterns to match your event's theme or your personal taste. Our aim is to help you create kippot that perfectly resonate with your unique style. If you don't see what you are looking for on online, please just ask.

3. Can I order a sample before making a decision? Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of our kippot firsthand. You can purchase a sample to ensure that you're getting exactly what you envision for your special occasion.

4. What sets Kippotopia apart? Apart from our top-notch quality and creative designs, we're all about bringing the personal touch closer to home. Based in Australia, we offer trusted service, local support, personalisation, sample options, and customer service that's right here, ready to assist you.

6. What materials are used for your kippot? We believe in crafting kippot that stand the test of time. Our kippot are made using premium materials, ensuring they're not only stylish but also durable keepsakes for your memories.

7. Can I personalise kippot for different occasions? Absolutely! Our kippot are perfect for a range of events, from weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs to bris and brit banot. Each occasion deserves its unique touch, and we're here to make that happen.

8. How long does it take to receive my personalised kippot? Production and delivery times can vary based on your customisation and location. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline when you place your order, ensuring you're well-informed every step of the way.

9. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we offer flat rate shipping to New Zealand and Singapore. If you're located outside of Australia and interested in our kippot, please reach out to our customer support for more information.

10. How do I place an order? Placing an order is as easy. Just visit our website, browse our selection, choose your customisation options, and follow the steps to finalise your order. Once the order has been placed we will be in touch with you to ask for your personalisation details, motif and text and send you a proof of the design prior to production. If you need assistance at any point, our customer support is here to guide you.

11. Can I personalise in Hebrew and English? Yes. You can personalise your kippot in English, Hebrew, or a combination of both. We’re able to accommodate Hebrew text on the inside label and, where selected, as part of external embroidery designs. If you’re including Hebrew, please ensure the wording is provided exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling and formatting.

12. Do you offer different sizing than what's listed online? Our standard sizing options are those shown on the website, and these are designed to suit the vast majority of adults and older children. We are able to offer custom sizing outside of these options, please get in touch before placing your order. 

13. Do you have a shop I can visit? Our office is located in Crows Nest NSW however we aren't open to the public. Kippotopia operates online only. We do have samples available for quick dispatch and purchase.

14. What is the difference between inside and outside personalisation?

  • Inside personalisation is a printed label stitched inside the kippah (typically names, dates, or messages).
  • Outside personalisation is embroidery on the exterior (e.g. monograms, motifs, or custom designs).

These are separate options and can be selected individually or together. Where you have not selected personalisation, the kippot will arrive blank.

15. Will I receive a proof before production? Yes. You will receive a digital proof showing your selected design and personalisation details. Production will only begin once the proof has been approved. Once the proof has been approved, no further changes can be made without a production and artwork fee to adjust the design.

16. Can I make changes after approving my proof? Once a proof has been approved, it is considered final and sent to production. Changes after approval may not be possible, or may incur additional costs and affect delivery timings depending on the stage of production.

17. Do you offer rush orders? Rush orders may be available depending on current production capacity and stock levels. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush fees may apply.

18. Can you match a specific colour or theme? We do our best to match colours and themes where possible. However, slight variations may occur due to fabric, thread, and screen differences.

19. Will the embroidery look exactly like the image? We aim to replicate designs as closely as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of embroidery and materials used.
