Embroidery Colour & Font Selection
We’re excited to work with you on bringing your kippot design to life.
Please place your kippot order online first prior to specifying your personalisation details for your proof. Once you have checked out, you will receive an automated email which will provide you with more details on how to send us the details for your proof (be sure to check your spam folder):
1. Outside Personalisation (if selected)
If you have purchased outside personalisation, provide the design details you would like on the outside of your kippot. This can include a monogram, motif, or custom design. We’re happy to replicate or create something for you.
Please also confirm your embroidery colour.
If you have not selected external personalisation, your kippot will be produced blank on the outside (no design).

2. Inside Personalisation
Please provide the exact wording for the inside of your kippot. Be sure to include:
- Capitalisation (e.g. upper/lowercase)
- Spacing and layout
- Your preferred font
We can personalise in English and/or Hebrew. Please specify a font for each. If you prefer to have a simple design on the inside, please see our options in Template 2 below.

Once we receive your details, a member of our team will review everything and come back to you with any questions before preparing your proof for approval.

Artwork & Proofing
Your order includes one round of artwork and revisions. Additional revision rounds may incur a fee. -
Proof Approval
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all details in the proof, including spelling, layout, and design elements. Approval confirms that all details are correct. -
Changes After Approval
Once a proof has been approved, it is considered final. If your order has entered production, no further changes can be made. -
Production Timing
Production timelines are quoted from the time of final proof approval, not from the original order date. -
Delays in Approval
Delays in providing personalisation details or approving proofs may impact your delivery timeframe.
