Submit Your Simcha to Kippotopia

We love showcasing the real-life joyous celebrations we’ve helped bring to light. If you’ve worked with Kippotopia we invite you to share your story so others can draw inspiration, celebrate community, and discover what’s possible.

  • Spotlight your celebration for others planning their special day.
  • Contribute to our growing library of meaningful, joyful simchas showing what’s possible when we align culture, design and celebration.
  • Inspire others in the community. Your event becomes part of a collective story.

What We’re Looking For

  • Authentic events where Kippotopia was part of the journey: mitzvahs, weddings, celebrations, family simchas.
  • Strong visuals: low-res, high-quality photos, candid moments, design details and joyful interactions.
  • A short write-up (150-300 words) describing the event: the vision, the standout moments, how Kippotopia contributed to the magic.
  • Permission: you must have clearance from everyone featured (guests, venue, vendors) to have the photos publicly shared.

Submission Guidelines

  • Email us with your name, event date, type (wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, family gathering, etc.), location.
  • A list of your vendors that worked on your simcha.
  • Upload up to 10 low-resolution professional photos (JPG/PNG; minimum 1,500px width recommended). Please note that you will need to confirm that you have permission from your photographer to submit your wedding for publication.
  • Submit your short description including a summary of the simcha and in what way was it personal to you.
  • Confirm: you have permission from all relevant parties for your images and copy to be used by Kippotopia on our website, social media, print-collateral and/or partner features.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your submission we’ll review it. If it’s selected for publication we’ll drop you a quick email to let you know when and where your story will appear on the site. Kippotopia reserves the right to edit titles, crop images or adjust the layout minimally for best presentation.
