Our orders are shipped to Singapore using Australia Post. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. However if you need an order in a hurry, we can express courier using services such as DHL or FedEx for an additional fee. We’ll always guide you on the best approach based on the date of your simcha to ensure a smooth experience.
We understand how important it is for everything to arrive on time and exactly as expected. Our team takes care to:

- Provide clear timelines for delivery
- Ensure your order is packed securely for international shipping
For international orders, we recommend allowing:
- Around 3 weeks production time from your proof approval (depending on your design and quantity)
- 5-10 business days for express shipping
- A small buffer before your event date, just in case
